[Vbsl] Disqualifications

Hello everyone,

It has come to my attention that with the current use of lane timing slips,
the coaches are not able to view the D/Q slips at a later date. They know a
D/Q occurred but they do not know the infraction. This prevents educational
opportunity for the swimmers. Cathy Rudolph, Donna Price, and I discussed
this and felt that a D/Q log could be kept for each team. This would require
someone at the table during the meet keeping the log up to date during the
meet. I have included Virginia swimming's log to consider using this as your
method of logging.
