[Vbsl] Relay Swimmer Entries Clarification

All,
A comment was made at the VBSL clinics that a swimmer may swim in the same relay event in more than one lane. For example swim as swimmer 1 in lane 1 then as swimmer 4 in lane 3. Upon further review this is not true.
So for clarification. A swimmer may swim 2 relay events. Those events may be at the beginning or at the end of a meet. For example a 9 year old may swim as a 9-10 and again as an 11-12 (beginning or end of meet) provided those are his/her only 2 events. A swimmer may not swim twice in the same event.
