[Vbsl] 2008 Dues / Insurance Update

2008 Team Representatives,

The annual dues for this year [$591.00] are due at the meeting on Monday, February 25, 2008.  Please make checks payable to
"Virginia Beach Swim League."

According to records, 10 teams have insurance certificates which will cover them through only the first of the season.  Insurance requirements and specific verbiage will be presented briefly on Monday, with the expectation to have 100% league-wide insurance coverage by the March meeting (March 24, 2008) through All-Stars.  Should you have any questions from this e-mail or any Treasurer-related issues, please contact me directly prior to the meeting via e-mail at vbsltreasurer at cox.net.

I will pass around copies of a spreadsheet showing our records and dues / insurance certificates.  I welcome any and all updates!

Ribbon / medal and time card orders are around the corner, please check your inventories and include that information Monday.
