Hi All,

 

The DQ slips are in and being stored by Division bags at NYCC in
Norfolk.  Go to the entrance to the pool known as the "Breezeway" and
the items are being stored in the second closet on the left.  A
lifeguard is usually sitting at the desk and can help you.  

 

Each team gets 175 DQ slips or 7 pads of 25 each.  They are sorted by
Division so only take your allotment and feel free to help to coordinate
with others to save a trip if you need to come to NYCC.  For example,
you can pick up your whole division if that works for your teams.

 

As of yesterday morning, this is what I knew:

 

Ghent Square picked up their 175 slips

Dolphin Division slips came home with me to be handed off to Leslie
Harkins, your Division Rep.  I took out PM and will give those plus
missing ribbons to them.

NYCC have their copies and PACC can get their copies at the meet this
Saturday.

Oceana has a bag with missing ribbons and or time cards.  I may be by
today so let me know if you want me to pick up and get as far as my
house in the Beach near Little Creek Amphib Base.

Larkspurs timecard/ribbons bag is with me pending contact with them.
