[Vbsl] Missing Porpoise Divisional Ribbons

Hi All,

 

Please see Andy's e-mail below to Ida who is looking for the missing
Porpoise Divisional ribbons.  We have kids that have not been awarded
their ribbons.   Andy is asking anyone associated with last Saturday
Divisionals and next week's All Stars to please double check your boxes
to make sure there are no Porpoise Divisional ribbons mixed in your
stuff.

Ida,

I did check at NYCC Friday after we talked and all divisional ribbons
are gone.  I still believe that the ribbons were in one of the two
plastic bins that were brought to the meeting the week before the
Divisional Seeding Meeting.  How, or if, those two bins were distributed
I can't say since I wasn't at the meeting.  We can place another order
for the missing ribbons, but I would check with everyone who hosted this
years divisional meets and see if they have the ribbons.  I think
All-Star ribbons and medals were passed along too, so it is possible
that they ended up with those ribbons too.  It all happened the same
night.  

I don't know who the Divisional host teams were or their emails or I
would send out the followup email.  Dan, can you do that?
