[Vbsl] FW: Regular Season Ribbons

All,
    For planning purposes, the first regular league meeting for the 2007

season will be held on Tuesday, October 24th at 6:30 PM at NYCC. This is
a 
change from the normal night of Monday as the NYCC facility is not open
on 
Monday's.
    We are asking that all of your regular season ribbons be brought to
that 
meeting so they can be counted and put directly into storage at NYCC. If
you 
cannot make that meeting, please make arrangements to get your ribbons
to 
another team. For the ribbons that you will be turning in, this is what
we 
need:
1. ribbons should be in their cellophane packs of 25, or rubber-banded
into 
packs of exactly 25 or 50.
2. if you have less than 25 left of one type of ribbon, just keep them
as a 
back-up for next season.
3. pre-count your ribbons and have a list to turn into myself or Andy 
Paryzek that evening
    This will greatly facilitate the turn in process and help Andy with 
putting together next year's order. DO NOT bring any regular season
ribbons 
to all-stars. We are only collecting leftover divisional ribbons that
day. 
We will send out another reminder about this in early October, and I
will 
update the web site to reflect this new date & location.
